Department:- HUMAN RESOURCE

Location:- Navi Mumbai

Model:- Hybrid:- Twice a month in office, 10 hours a week ( virtual )

Reporting to:- CEO of the company

Timing:- 10:30am to 7:30pm, Monday to Saturday

Role Objective:

We are seeking a seasoned, highly organized, and empathetic HR professional to manage our end-to-end human resources functions on a part-time basis. You will be the point of contact for the entire employee lifecycle, managing conflicts, monthly check-ins, payrolls etc.

Operations & Payroll Administration

Attendance & Timing:

Monitor employee clock-in/out records and maintain accurate logs.

Leave Management:

Process leave applications and maintain an updated tracker.

Payroll Support:

Calculate monthly salary deductions (based on leaves or performance) and generate/distribute salary slips.
2. Performance & Talent Management

Hiring Strategy:

Collaborate with leadership to define hiring needs and develop strategies to attract right-fit talent.

Onboarding & Offboarding:

Execute the full process for new hires (contracts, orientation) and departing employees (exit interviews, final settlements).

Appraisals & Reviews:

Conduct

in-person

monthly performance reviews and manage the annual employee appraisal cycle.
3. Employee Relations & Culture

Grievance Addressal:

Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring they are heard and documented.

Conflict Resolution:

Mediate interpersonal issues with a focus on maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Policy Guidance:

Ensure all HR activities align with company values and local labor regulations.

Skills Required



Conflict Mastery:

Strong experience in mediation and handling sensitive workplace grievances.

Communication:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (essential for in-person reviews).

Discretion:

Absolute integrity regarding confidential salary and personnel data.

Availability:

Ability to visit the office in person for monthly reviews and as-needed for conflict resolution.
