Key Responsibilities
Assist in
recruitment activities
: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
Support
onboarding processes
: preparing welcome kits, coordinating induction sessions, and documentation.
Maintain and update
employee records
in HR databases.
Help organize
employee engagement activities
and events.
Assist in drafting HR communications, policies, and reports.
Coordinate with employees for
leave, reimbursement, and appraisal processes
.
Provide support in
background verification (BGV)
and compliance documentation.
Contribute ideas to improve HR processes and employee experience.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed
Graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related field
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.
