Roles & Responsibilities:
Screening and shortlisting resumes as per hiring requirements
Coordinating and conducting initial candidate interviews
Scheduling interviews with hiring managers
Maintaining and updating candidate databases
Assisting with end-to-end recruitment activities
Supporting HR operations and documentation
Ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Eligibility Criteria:
Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation in HR, Psychology, or related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Preferred:
Female candidates (if applicable as per company policy)*
Immediate joiners
Candidates with prior internship or recruitment exposure
Benefits:
Monthly stipend of ?15,000
Incentives up to ₹5,000 based on performance
