The HR Intern will support the HR team primarily in
end-to-end recruitment activities
. This role is ideal for freshers or HR students looking to gain hands-on exposure to hiring processes, candidate coordination, and HR operations in a fast-paced EdTech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment dashboards
Communicate with candidates regarding interview status, feedback, and next steps
Assist in onboarding formalities and documentation for new joiners
Skills and Qualifications
Strong interest in recruitment and HR processes
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of HR/recruitment concepts (academic exposure is sufficient)
Good organisational and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow timelines
* Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets is a plus
