Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and candidate coordination
Maintain employee records and HR documents
Support onboarding and induction process
Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll data
Coordinate with employees for HR-related queries
Requirements:
Pursuing MBA-HR or similar qualification
0 to 1 year of experience (Freshers welcome)
Basic knowledge of HR processes
Good communication and interpersonal skills
MS Excel and MS Office knowledge
Willingness to learn and positive attitude
