Role Overview:
The HR Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day human resource activities such as recruitment support, onboarding assistance, employee engagement initiatives, HR documentation, and compliance-related tasks. This role provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
Support the onboarding process by preparing joining documents, coordinating inductions, and updating employee data.
Support and update employee records, attendance data, and HR documentation.
Support employee engagement activities and handle basic employee queries.
Qualifications:
Pursuing or completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field. MBA (HR) students preferred.
Freshers or candidates with internship or academic project experience are welcome.
Specific Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR concepts and processes.
Proficient in verbal and written communication in English.
Willingness to learn and work in a team.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
