We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support end-to-end recruitment and day-to-day HR administration. This is a hands-on role offering practical exposure to core HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidate profiles through job portals and social platforms
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal teams
Maintain and update HR databases, trackers, and reports
Assist in onboarding activities and employee documentation
Support HR administrative and operational tasks as required
Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events
Support the HR team in daily HR activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
BBA / MBA (HR) students or fresh graduates
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR administrative processes
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
