Human Resource Intern

with a technical education background to support recruitment and HR operations in a manufacturing/auto-components environment.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles Candidate sourcing through portals, databases, and referrals Research and analysis for talent mapping Building and maintaining candidate databases Using AI tools for sourcing, screening, and HR analysis Interview coordination and follow-ups Support onboarding and HR documentation
Required Skills

Recruitment and sourcing knowledge Research and analytical skills Database building and management Experience using AI tools for hiring Basic understanding of technical/engineering profiles Good communication and coordination skills
Education (Mandatory)

BE or Diploma in

Mechanical / Automobile / Automotive /Industrial Engineering

Preferred Experience

Fresher / Experience in manufacturing or auto-components industry Familiarity with technical hiring requirements
