Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.
Maintain employee data, attendance, and HR MIS.
Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and HR forms.
Handle daily administrative and HR coordination tasks.
3. Employee Engagement
Assist in planning internal activities and engagement events.
Conduct surveys, feedback collection, and maintain engagement reports.
4. Compliance & Documentation
Help maintain employee files and statutory records.
Support audits, policy updates, and data confidentiality.
Skills Required
Pursuing or completed BBA/MBA/PGDM in HR (or related field).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR functions & recruitment.
Good command of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
