Key Responsibilities
Assist in
end-to-end recruitment
: job posting, resume screening, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update
HR databases, employee records, and trackers

Support the HR team in
onboarding
and documentation processes.
Coordinate with candidates via calls, emails, and messages.
Assist in conducting
internship drives
and campus outreach activities.
Help in creating HR reports, letters, and presentations.
Provide support in daily
HR operations and administrative tasks
.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to handle tasks responsibly.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
