East, Mumbai)

Position: HR Intern

Location: Ghatkopar East, Mumbai

Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Stipend: ?7,000- ?8,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Support - Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements. Screen resumes and help schedule interviews. Coordinate with candidates and hiring team for interviews

2. Documentation & Onboarding - Help in the onboarding process: collecting documents, verification, and background checks. Maintain HR records and assist in policy updates

3. Interview Coordination- Handle candidate communication and timely follow-ups. Support in salary negotiation discussions (under supervision)

4. HR Operations Assistance - Assist with maintaining internal databases, trackers, and reports Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the HR team

5. Employee Engagement (Basic Support) - Assist in internal communication and HR initiatives. Help organize team activities and engagement events

6. Tool Usage - Google Workspace/Microsoft Office Suite (basic proficiency expected). Exposure to platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, or Internshala is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Good organizational and coordination abilities

Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a team
