Assist in recruitment activities including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding processes for new employees, including documentation and orientation.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance data, and HR databases.
Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and internal events.
Coordinate with different departments to support HR operational needs.
Assist in drafting HR-related documents, policies, and reports.
Handle day-to-day HR tasks and provide administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, documentation).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Google Sheets).
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
