Graduation or Post Graduation in HR or relevant field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Google Sheets
Willingness to learn and handle confidential data with integrity
Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities -
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
Support onboarding process: documentation, orientation scheduling, and induction coordination.
Help manage attendance records, leave applications, and other HR operational data.
Maintain and update employee records both digitally and physically.
Assist with drafting HR letters, internal communications, and announcements.
Support in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs.
Coordinate with colleges and job portals for internship/job postings.
Work on HR MIS and analytics reports as per requirements
