What You Will Do:

The HR Intern at Craft Worldwide will:

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Support resume screening and conduct initial candidate interactions. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation. Support onboarding and offboarding processes. Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events. Support internal communication and employee feedback collection. Contribute creative ideas to enhance workplace culture and DE&I initiatives.

Who You Will Be:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented, with good organizational and time-management abilities. Eager to learn, adaptable, and a collaborative team player.
