Pursuing or completed a degree in HR / MBA (Human Resources).
Basic understanding of HR functions and documentation.
Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience:

Prior internship experience in HR (optional but preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Support onboarding activities such as documentation, ID creation, and induction.
Maintain employee files, attendance records, and HR-related databases.
Assist in preparing HR letters, notices, and reports.
Support HR audits, compliance checks, and record maintenance.
Help organize employee engagement activities and training sessions.
Coordinate with departments for HR-related queries and documentation.
Support day-to-day HR and administrative tasks.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (verbal & written).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Teamwork, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
