A. - Human Resources Intern
Sort, screen, and shortlist incoming resumes based on job requirements
Make outbound calls to candidates for initial screening and interview scheduling
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
Support HR in daily recruitment operations and admin tasks
Ensure timely follow-ups and communication with applicants
Provide support in onboarding activities when required
B. Competencies:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or related
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
Basic understanding of recruitment processes
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
C. Educational Qualification:
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
