Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

HR Intern

with prior experience in

IT recruitment

and

Digital Marketing hiring

. The role involves assisting in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and other HR operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in

end-to-end recruitment

for IT and Digital Marketing roles (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination). Draft and post job descriptions across job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.). Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers. Support onboarding and documentation for selected candidates. Collaborate with the HR team on performance tracking and attendance management. Contribute to employee engagement activities and HR reporting.

Requirements:

Minimum

3 months of experience

in

IT recruitment and/or digital marketing hiring

. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Good understanding of hiring platforms and candidate screening techniques. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
