to join our Human Resources team. The intern will support daily HR operations and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and other HR functions. This role is ideal for someone interested in building a career in human resources and organizational management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.
Support onboarding processes for new hires (documentation, orientation coordination, etc.).
Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Participate in organizing employee engagement programs and events.
Assist in HR policy implementation and compliance tasks.
Support payroll and attendance management processes (as required).
Prepare reports and presentations for HR meetings.
Provide administrative support to the HR department in daily operations.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
