Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
Assist in recruitment and selection process (scheduling interviews, posting jobs, screening profiles)
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and induction process for new employees
Help with attendance and leave tracking
Assist in preparing HR documents like offer letters, NDAs, etc.
Help organize employee engagement activities and surveys
Support day-to-day administrative tasks and HR operations
