We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR
Intern
to support our HR team in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in
sourcing candidates
through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes
and shortlist potential candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews
between candidates and hiring managers.
Support in
creating job descriptions and job postings
on various platforms.
Maintain and update the
candidate database
and recruitment trackers.
Assist in
conducting HR rounds
or initial screening calls.
Support HR team in
onboarding new hires
and completing documentation.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed
Bachelor's / Master's degree
(preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
Strong
communication and interpersonal
skills.
Good understanding of
recruitment and selection processes
.
Proficiency in
MS Office / Google Workspace
.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Any Graduation from Related field
