Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Maintain and update employee records and databases
Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
Help coordinate HR events and engagement activities
Assist in drafting HR documents like offer letters, NDAs, and internship agreements
Support performance management and feedback processes
Contribute to HR reporting and analytics
Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Eagerness to learn and contribute to a team environment
