Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Support onboarding processes including documentation and induction sessions.
Maintain and update employee databases and HR records.
Assist in drafting job descriptions, offer letters, and HR-related communication.
Participate in employee engagement activities and HR events.
Help in performance tracking and attendance management.
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
Support the HR team in daily administrative tasks.
