Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media.
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates.
Support in conducting reference checks and preparing offer letters.
Help with new employee onboarding and orientation activities.
2. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in managing attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
Support payroll preparation by gathering data as needed.
3. Employee Engagement
Help plan and organize employee engagement and welfare activities.
Support internal communication initiatives and HR events.
4. Learning & Development
Assist in identifying training needs and scheduling training sessions.
Maintain training attendance and evaluation records.
5. Compliance & Policy Support
Support HR audits and documentation as per compliance requirements.
Help update HR policies, handbooks, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Learning Outcomes:
Practical experience in end-to-end HR operations.
Exposure to recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
