Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the
recruitment process
, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support the
onboarding and offboarding
of employees, ensuring a smooth and professional process.
Maintain and update
employee records
, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Provide
administrative support
to the HR team, including document preparation, data entry, and filing.
Help organize
employee engagement activities
and internal HR initiatives.
Assist with
HR reporting and data analysis
as needed.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a
Bachelor's degree
in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong
organizational and communication skills

Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
