Recruitment:
₹ Assist with the recruitment process, including pos ng job openings, screening resumes, andscheduling interviews.
₹ Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates regarding interview
details and updates.
₹ Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position.
₹ Assist in the preparation of job offers and employment contracts.
₹ Update and maintain recruitment-related documentation and databases.
Payroll:
₹ Support payroll processing ac vi es, including data entry, payroll calculations, and
verification of master sheets.
₹ Assist in the preparation and distribution of pay checks or electronic transfers to employees.
₹ Ensure accuracy and compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
