Key Responsibilities
Assist in
end-to-end recruitment
for multiple roles from understanding requirements to onboarding candidates.
Source potential candidates through
LinkedIn, job portals, and social media
.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews in coordination with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and track hiring progress.
Support in drafting
JDs, offer letters, and internship agreements
.
Help build and improve the company's
hiring process and employer branding
initiatives.
Assist in
HR operations
such as attendance, feedback collection, and engagement activities.
Requirements
Recent graduate or pursuing a degree in
Human Resources / Psychology / Business Administration
.
Excellent communication and people-interaction skills.
Enthusiastic about recruitment, startups, and learning HR processes.
Organized, proactive, and eager to take ownership of tasks.
Comfortable working in a
fast-paced, creative environment
