Assist in hiring, scheduling, evaluating, counselling , disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
Assist in campus placement Hiring program and hiring strategies.
Assist in KRA and performance management implementation.
Assist in monitoring/tracking employee relations issues including resolution and follow-up.
Conducting employees Training and development activities and rewards and recognition.
Assist in payroll and compliances.
Assist and support manager and the team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues.
Reviews employment applications and background check reports.
Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files.
Assist in scheduling of annual employee surveys.
Assist in the communication and maintenance of employee handbook, employee directory, and organisational chart, and contributes to the development of policies and reports.
Responsible for handling all the exit formalities including full &final settlement. Responsible for employee engagement activities.
Promote HR programs and policies to create an efficient and conflict- free work space and Good knowledge HRMS softwares and process.
Handle Other responsibilities as per requirement
