Key Responsibilities:
Assist in
recruitment activities
-- sourcing, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Help maintain and update
employee records
and HR databases.
Support
onboarding and induction
of new hires.
Participate in organizing
employee engagement activities
and events.
Assist HR team in drafting job descriptions and HR-related documents.
Handle
basic HR administration tasks
such as attendance tracking and leave management.
Contribute to the improvement of
HR policies and processes.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
