Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for smooth interview process.
Maintain recruitment databases and trackers.
Support employer branding initiatives.
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR/Business Management or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
