Role & Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for smooth recruitment processes.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Support in employer branding and campus engagement activities.
Requirements:
Pursuing or completed a degree in HR/Management or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
