Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
HR Recruiter
to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in
recruitment
. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for a variety of roles, ensuring a smooth recruitment process aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment cycle
: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing offers.
Understand manpower requirements from department heads (operations, accounts, customer service, sales, etc.).
Source candidates using multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, consultants).
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for recurring positions (operations executives, documentation staff, logistics coordinators, etc.).
Support new employee
onboarding
and ensure smooth joining formalities.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and MIS reports.
Collaborate with HR team on other activities such as employee engagement, training coordination, and HR administration as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate/Postgraduate (BBA, B.Com, MBA HR, or equivalent).
6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment
, preferably in the
logistics/freight/supply chain domain.
Experience into Start-ups will be an additional advantage
Strong understanding of sourcing methods and ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HR software/ATS is an added advantage.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
