Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the
hiring process
- sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
Support in
employee management
and maintaining employee records
Help with
salary calculation and payroll support
Coordinate daily HR activities and ensure smooth operations
Provide support in employee engagement activities
Requirements:
Graduate/Undergraduate (preferably in HR, Management, or related fields)
Good communication and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets
Eager to learn and grow in HR
