Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
Help in drafting HR letters, offers, and other documentation.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Learn and support payroll & attendance management processes.
Provide administrative support to the HR department.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Contribute ideas for improving HR processes and employee experience.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in
Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field
.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
