Assist with drafting job descriptions for vineyard, production, tasting-room, and sales roles.
Post job openings on portals and screen resumes.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Help prepare offer letters and onboarding kits for seasonal harvest workers and permanent staff.
Organize team-building activities during harvest, wine-tasting events, and festivals.
Support wellness initiatives and internal celebrations (e.g., vintage release parties, harvest festivals).
Draft internal emails, event invites, and HR notices.
Promote a positive work culture across field, production, and hospitality teams.
