Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Organize and coordinate employee engagement and welfare programs.
Support HR-related projects, audits, and initiatives.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-6 months of experience in HR or a similar role (internship experience counts).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
