Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial shortlisting based on job descriptions.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
Support in drafting and posting job descriptions across platforms.
Assist in employer branding initiatives and career page updates.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
Contribute to improving candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (ongoing or completed) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Proficient in MS Office tools; familiarity with ATS tools is a plus.
