Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Filing HR documents and managing HR files.
Assist with general administrative duties to support the HR team's daily operations.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Assist with organizing employee engagement activities, HR events, and wellness programs.
Respond to basic employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Data & Compliance:
Help collect and verify data for payroll and benefits administration.
Support in drafting HR policies and assisting with HR-related research or surveys.
Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to use HR databases and other HR software.
Soft Skills:
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organization & Time Management:
Strong organizational abilities, the capacity to manage multiple tasks, and keen attention to detail.
Interpersonal Skills:
Good people skills, a team player mentality, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

A strong interest in HR and a proactive approach to learning and supporting the HR team.
