to join our Human Resources team. The intern will gain hands-on experience across key HR functions including
end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, leave management, and employee engagement activities.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to understand HR operations in a practical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Selection
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates.
Support in conducting assessments and maintaining recruitment trackers.
Onboarding & Induction
Coordinate pre-joining formalities and documentation.
Assist in planning and executing new hire orientation programs.
Ensure smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
Leave & Attendance Management
Maintain and update leave and attendance records.
Support in handling employee queries related to leave policies.
Assist in preparing monthly leave/attendance reports.
Employee Engagement
Plan and support employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
Conduct surveys and collect feedback to improve employee satisfaction.
Contribute to HR communication and internal newsletters.
General HR Support
Maintain HR databases and employee records.
Assist in day-to-day HR operations and projects as required.
Requirements:
Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
