Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and design effective hiring strategies.
Proactively source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Draft and post attractive job descriptions across relevant platforms.
Schedule and coordinate interviews while maintaining smooth candidate communication.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future roles.
Keep recruitment reports and trackers and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
