Position: Talent Acquisition Intern

Duration: 3-6 months (Pre-Placement Offer)

Stipend: 3k-5k

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR

team. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and

human resources.

Key Responsibilities

? Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling

interviews.

? Post job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms.

? Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.

? Screen resumes and conduct initial HR telephonic rounds.

? Coordinate interview logistics with candidates.

? Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate database.

Requirements

? Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business

Administration, or related field.

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

? Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions.

? Basic understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

? Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus.

? Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
