We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the HR department in its day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders
Assist in onboarding formalities including salary account creation and document collection
Maintain and update employee records and databases regularly (Excel/HRMS)
Make initial calls to candidates when required.
Help organize HR events and engagement activities
File and manage physical and digital documents accurately
Support in preparation and distribution of HR reports and dashboards
Assist in drafting HR-related communication, letters and forms
Ensure proper documentation and follow-up for exit formalities
Perform similar administrative tasks as required by the HR team
Requirements:
Must have completed studies (Bachelor's or Master's).
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Eagerness to learn and take initiative
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
