We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and learning & development.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Support onboarding and documentation processes for new hires.
Assist in drafting HR letters, policies, and reports.
Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
Coordinate with employees for leave, attendance, and other HR queries.
Conduct research on HR best practices and support special projects as assigned.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Enthusiastic to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
