About the role

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication
2. Prepare and update employee records, both digitally and physically
3. Support onboarding and offboarding processes
4. Maintain and update HR databases and spreadsheets
5. Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
6. Assist with payroll and benefits administration
7. Help organize employee engagement activities and HR events
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
9. Support HR projects such as policy reviews, audits, and training sessions

Other requirements

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

2. 0-6 months of relevant experience in an HR or administrative role

3. Strong organizational and time management skills

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

5. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

6. Discretion and confidentiality are essential

7. Knowledge of HR software is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
