Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates.
Support in onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
Assist in drafting HR-related communications, policies, and notices.
Support employee engagement activities and internal events.
Provide assistance in payroll processing and leave management.
Conduct market research on HR trends, tools, and best practices.
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a
Bachelor's/Master's degree
in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Enthusiastic to learn and grow in the HR domain.
