Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation.
Assist in payroll coordination and attendance management.
Support HR team in employee engagement activities, events, and training programs.
Draft HR letters, maintain compliance-related documentation, and coordinate with vendors.
Contribute to research and implementation of HR policies and best practices.
