Role: HR Intern

As an HR Intern, you'll work closely with experienced professionals and gain exposure to multiple HR functions, such as:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Assisting in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews Handling job postings and maintaining candidate records
Onboarding & Induction

Preparing offer letters and joining documents Supporting smooth onboarding experiences for new hires
Employee Engagement

Organizing events, celebrations, and team-building activities Supporting internal communication and employee feedback processes
HR Operations & Documentation

Maintaining HR records and databases Supporting compliance, attendance, and file management tasks
Training & Development

Assisting in organizing training sessions Tracking attendance and collecting feedback

What We're Looking For

Fresh graduates (or final-year students) in

MBA - HR / BMS / BBA

Strong communication & interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Eagerness to learn and grow in a corporate HR environment Good organizational skills and attention to detail
