Brief about Aseema:

Aseema Charitable Trust is a Mumbai based non-governmental organization with a mission to equip children from marginalized communities with high quality, value based education enabling development of their limitless potential. It works in partnership with the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai and is currently running three MCGM schools in Bandra, Mumbai.

In Igatpuri, Aseema works with very poor tribal children who live in the remote tribal village to provide them with quality education. Today we reach out to more than 4000 students and besides the finest quality of education, we provide them with nutritious meals and also attend to their physical and mental well-being. Co-curricular activities like sports, art, music, dance, judo and yoga are carried out in all our schools so that the children receive a well-rounded and holistic education.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist the recruitment team in screening resumes and portfolios.

Schedule and confirm interviews with shortlisted applicants.

. Update applicant tracking system with candidate's information.

Post job ads on our social media platforms, online job portals.

Answer the candidate's queries regarding work profile, they are applying for.

Learn basic interviewing techniques from senior recruiters.

Assist in documentation and filing records.

Desired Candidate's profile:

. Freshers - Graduate / Post Graduate in HR or relevant field

. Good communication skills - written and verbal

. Well versed with Computer skills

. Immediate joiner, residing in Mumbai is preferred.
