Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and shortlisting candidates through job portals and social media.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Maintain candidate and employee databases.
Support in onboarding documentation and induction programs.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
Help in preparing HR reports and updating records.
Learn and contribute to other HR functions as assigned.
