We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources Team. As an intern, you will work closely with our recruitment team to support the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding. This an excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience and knowledge about the Recruitment process and HR Operations.
Requirements :
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment process is a plus.
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and screening resumes from job portals, and referrals.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews to asses candidates.
Maintain and update candidates databases and recruitment trackers.
Post job openings on various platforms and manage job advertisements.
Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding formalities.
