Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Support
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Screen resumes and support initial shortlisting based on job requirements.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Support onboarding documentation and pre-joining formalities.
HR Operations
Help maintain and update employee records in HR systems and files.
Assist with onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
Coordinate offboarding activities such as exit interviews and full & final documentation.
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
Contribute to organizing wellness activities, feedback surveys, and HR events.
Skills & Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in recruitment and HR operations.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
